We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join Little Wing as a Supervisor.
This is a full time salaried position and you will spend a period of time training and working to develop your skills and knowledge at our Ann Street, Lisburn Road and Holywood restaurants.
You will have demonstrated previous supervisory experience (preferably at least 1-2 years) in a similar busy Bar or Restaurant environment, be able to lead and motivate a team, are customer focused and target driven.
You will have some experience supervising both front of house and kitchen teams, and be able to implement initiatives to increase revenue. Ideally you will also have a working knowledge of food and drink stock takes.
We will only consider applications that meet the following:
- 1 years supervisory experience in a similar busy (table service) restaurant
- 2 years supervisor experience in a similar (busy table service) restaurant
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
- Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
- First Aid Certificate (must be current)
